Well almost. You´ll probably run into empty sections and "Lorem ipsum" text here and there, but trust me - I´m working on it! Older regular visitors will probably remember that I took down the old version about eight months ago, which was supposed to inspire me to do a new site - fast. Okay - so that didn´t happen.
As some might know, I just had an article published on A List Apart, and anticipating 15 minuttes of internet fame, I finally managed to put something together.
"So what´s this website about?", you ask. I´ll tell you. It´s about me, and stuff that interests me. And these days that means web development, CSS, XHTML, accesible websites, usability - Yes - it´s the song everyone is singing.
On a regular basis, I´ll be posting articles, that go into depths of some more advanced/specific CSS layout techniques and tasks, but I´ll also be writing more general articles about browsers, their state and development.
More to come! If anyone has an article request on a specific CSS task - feel free to contact me.
But this website will/does also contain information and writings about my other interests and doings - such as playing music. Music is a big part of my life, so for those not interested - tough luck!:)
Yes Sir; this website will definetly be Picment.com — personal website of Søren Madsen

Hey Søren...
As allways very nice work from your hand. I like your new design alot, - it´s friendly and harmonic, and to us nerds well written... ;)
What seems to be a little css-bug though: The underline on the 'camment'-link seems to lack some padding in comparisation to other links on your site. But for all thats really nothing according to the rest of your work.
Hope you'll play in CPH soon.

Great site. I have to agree with the others, it's simple but harmonic, and has some really useful information. I got here via A List Apart, and I'm glad I did.
Keep up the good work

Hey Søren
Tak for sidst i Århus - hyggeligt at ses igen.
PS. Dit nye arbejde i 'spinderen' ser fedt ud.

I like how you locked the code portion of your form discussion. I am going to review your CSS to see how you did a few things. Nice and simple. Good job.

BTW, I noticed that your favicon pinger is not working on the comment sections. Also, you did not do the Mellowtone web site did you? The music is great.
I have not been able to find a robust solution to the massive amount of comment spam I have been experiencing. I have tried filtering the entries for obvious spam content - but that hasn't helped much, since the spammers apparently has registered this, and are now hitting me with all sort of generic words.
If anyone has a solution to this incredibly annoying madness - by all means, contact me.
